US President Donald Trump’s educational background is, in a word, diverse. He was born into a business family in Queens, New York, in 1946.
Trump had a very boisterous childhood. According to biographical information from the University of Virginia’s Miller Center, his parents sent him to the New York Military Academy at the age of 13 to discipline him, which laid the foundation for his discipline later in life.
For higher education, he first started his studies at Fordham University, but later transferred to the famous ‘Wharton School of Finance and Commerce’ at the University of Pennsylvania. According to the University of Pennsylvania archives, he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from there in 1968.
During the height of the Vietnam War, Trump avoided mandatory military service by dropping out of school four times and once by showing a medical certificate for a bone problem in his leg.
