State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Anindya Islam Amit has said that rehabilitating those affected by disasters is a big challenge for us.
He said, “I hope that the people in the shelters will be able to return home within the next two to three days.”
He made the remarks as the chief guest at a view-exchange meeting with heads of various departments of Rangamati held at the Rangamati District Administration Office on Sunday (July 12) afternoon.
The State Minister said that those who have been affected economically, especially some have suffered crop damage and some have suffered livestock damage.
The responsibility lies in how to compensate for that loss and return to normal life. Because this government is an elected government.
